Park Grove Realty’s Newly Renovated Riverton Plaza Now Open

Recently renovated, the Riverton Plaza has been managed by Park Grove Realty, a Rochester real estate and property management company for a number of years. The Riverton Plaza is a unique commercial space to Park Grove Realty whose portfolio boasts mixed-use properties. The plaza is one of two Park Grove Realty properties that is solely dedicated to private commercial development. The other commercial real estate being, Bishop’s Small Mall in Ithaca, New York, a 37,000 square foot plaza just off of Route 13, also under Park Grove Realty property management.
