Riley Brook Apartments is a new multifamily apartment community serving individuals and households at 30%, 50%, and 60% AMI in the town of Hamburg, NY. This new construction project will include seven 10‐unit apartment buildings and a community building, comprised of 70 units. The 10‐unit buildings will be 2‐story garden style apartments. Construction is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2025.

Baldwin Commons is a new 33-unit affordable family project located in the town of Hempstead in Nassau County. The building will be about 32,600 squarefeet. There will be 33 units located on the upper floors located on a podium structure. Residents will be able to utilize the following amenities: a community room, manager’s office, laundry room, fitness room, and a community patio.

Silver Creek, NY
Silver Creek Senior Housing is a proposed new affordable senior housing project in the Village of Silver Creek in Chautauqua County. The development includes the demolition of the existing school building and the new construction of a 54-unit apartment community serving individuals and families ages 62 years and older. There will be an onsite management office, community room, fitness room, laundry facilities, and an outdoor seating and recreation area. Construction will commence in 2025.
